Update to our Basic Membership

Way back in 2002, we decided to launch 2 levels of membership:
Basic Membership - free with limited functionality including the latest successes over the past 14 days
Premium Subscription - gives access to all features available on SCN
We have spent some time reviewing the behavior of our memberships, the state of the hobby, and value proposition of our subscription offering.
We have decided that we will continue to offer the basic membership (that will continue to be FREE), but it will now have access to successes that were from the previous week. Let's look at an example:
Since today is 6/14, basic members will be able to see successes between 6/1-6/7.

It is both extremely affordable (we haven't raised the price since 2005) and it's the most comprehensive resource available for collectors.
